Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. bacon drippings
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
8 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation

To bacon drippings, add flour, sugar and salt. Cook until bubbly.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
