Six Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. melted shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a very large mixing bowl.
    This is very important.
    Add beaten eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well.
    Store in covered container in the refrigerator and use as desired.
    Fill in greased tin 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Batter will keep refrigerated for 6 weeks.
