Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. milk or water
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs
    3 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pack in
    pan or make in rolls.\tChill overnight.
    Slice next morning
    and
    brown.
    Cover with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (in layers).
    Some water may be added if desired.
    Put in oven and bake 1 or 2 hours.
