Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Beat together the oil, eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon until well blended.
    Add the baking soda, flour, water and pumpkin in small amounts.
    Mix all together, stirring well after each addition.
    Divide batter equally into 3 (1 pound) greased coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes in the cans.
