Sausage Cornbread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix*
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    *Or you may use 3/4 cup yellow corn meal, 1 cup white flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
