Holiday Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 lb.) ham
1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
12 sticks cloves
1/4 c. raisins
3 c. orange juice
15 oz. can pineapple rings
1 small jar cherries
Preparation

Wash and scrub ham with brush.
Soak in cool water overnight. Drain and dry.
Place ham in deep roasting pan with fat side up. Mix horseradish and brown sugar; add raisins.
Brush on ham, reserving 1/2 cup.
Pour orange juice in bottom of pan; cover and cook at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Uncover and place pineapple ring with toothpicks.
Fill rings with cherries and cloves.
Brush top with remaining brown sugar mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until pineapple shrink.
Serve with applesauce and hot mustard.
