Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. instant rice, soaked in water 15 minutes
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 can mushroom soup (creamed)
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put zucchini in pan uncooked. Brown meat and onion; add rice and seasonings.
    Cover zucchini with meat mixture.
    Spoon cottage cheese on top of meat.
    Spread soup over cheese.
    Cover with shredded cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until cheese gets a little browned.
    This is very good.
