Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. sweet pickle cubes
1 crumbled pan cornbread
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
grated cheese
Preparation
-
Mix together tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, pickles and cornbread.
In mixing bowl, combine pickle juice, mayonnaise and sugar.
Pour over salad and stir.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and refrigerate 2 hours.
