Coconut Treasures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Add butter, eggs, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes vigorously by hand or at low speed of mixer.
    Add remaining milk and coconut; beat 30 seconds longer.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from sheets at once.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
