Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 can canned onion rings
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place partially thawed potatoes in crock-pot.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Place 1/2 of onions in mixture.
    Save rest to top dish with.
    Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
    Cook on high for 4 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
