Brandied Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 65 wafers)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. None Such condensed mincemeat, crumbled
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. chopped candied cherries
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. brandy flavoring
    confectioners sugar or flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir together all ingredients except confectioners sugar or coconut until well blended.
    Using about 1 teaspoon of mixture, roll in balls; coat with confectioners sugar or coconut.
    Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
    Store in refrigerator.
