Custard Pie (2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs or 6 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Method 1:
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line pie plate with pie crust.
Pur in custard mixture made by lightly beating eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla together.
Bake about 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until custard is firm.
