Theresa Shea'S Corned Beef In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 stalks celery, halved
    2 cloves garlic, quartered
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. rosemary
    12 whole cloves
    6-inches stick cinnamon
    2 bay leaves
    3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
Preparation
    Arrange half of seasonings on a large sheet of heavy-duty metal foil.
    Place meat on top and add remaining ingredients. Seal foil package, leaving room for juices to collect.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 gas oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender.
    (This may also be done in a covered casserole; it will cook a little faster and there will be less juice.)
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
