Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    2 large onions
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
    8 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to boil; turn heat down and simmer 15 minutes. Place in sterilized canning jars and seal.
