Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sirloin or ground round
2/3 c. beef broth
3 oz. baby beef (baby food), strained or veal
1/4 c. dry minced onion
1/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix meat loaf type mixture.
Make into patties.
Cook in skillet and put holes in patties.
Put onion and water on top of hamburgers before turning over.
Use hot dog buns, cut in half for buns.
