Broccoli With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/4 c. margarine, cubed
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt margarine.
    Whisk in cornstarch until smooth. Gradually stir in orange juice.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    Drain broccoli; drizzle with sauce.
    Yield: 4 servings.
