Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    5 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 large bay leaf or 5 small ones
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 small cans tomato paste
    3 lb. lean ribs
Preparation
    Cut ribs 2 bones to each piece.
    Salt, pepper and paprika each piece.
    Broil 7 minutes one side.
    Repeat seasonings on other side and broil 5 minutes.
    Mix sauce ingredients first in deep roasting pan.
    After broiling rib pieces, immerse in sauce.
    Cover and bake 2 hours.
    Bake potatoes along with ribs.
    Serve with tossed salad. Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Recipe may be doubled if you need more.
