Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 lb. pecan halves
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and salt; mix well.
Add pecans; coat well.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan; add pecans and mix well.
Bake 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven, stirring every 10 minutes.
