Chocolate Pie (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    3 1/2 c. milk
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and milk. Cook until thick. Stir constantly while cooking. Add the margarine and flavoring.
    Add egg yolks.
    Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Put on top and bake until brown.
