Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Mazola oil (may be less)
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    3 c. peeled apples (Granny Smith)
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Coarsely chop the pecans and apples.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Dredge apples in flour mixture.
    Add creamy mixture and pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Let cool completely (about 30 minutes) before inverting.
