Basic Speedy Rolls(No Kneading) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. softened shortening
4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients.
Add one tablespoon salt and 2 cups sifted flour.
Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer or rotary beater.
Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup softened shortening.
Beat for 1 minute.
Blend in 4 1/2 cups sifted flour and stir until dough is formed.
Let rest for 20 minutes.
This makes dough easier to handle.
Shape into rolls, coffee cake or cinnamon rolls.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
