Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. salsa (more if desired)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, onion and butter in a skillet.
    Saute until barely
    tender.
    Mix
    in
    chilies, flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parsley.
    Turn into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Jack cheese.
