Pineapple Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, packed in pineapple juice
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken very lightly with salt and pepper.
    Brown in butter over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, turning breasts or thighs occasionally, until liquid has mostly evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions.
