Perfection Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes (2 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
Preparation
    Mix gelatin, sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Add 1 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Add 1 1/2 cup cold water, vinegar and lemon juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add vegetables.
    Pour into 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
    Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp greens.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
