Mary Nan'S Steak And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 or 2 cans tomato sauce
    4 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 onion, chopped
    few sprigs parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat in serving pieces and dredge with flour.
    Brown on both sides in butter or margarine.
    Add next 6 ingredients; pour sauce over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
