Spanish Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
    1 c. tomato catsup
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve on split buns as sandwich or over crusty bread as open-faced sandwich.
    (Can be used as sauce for coney dogs also.)
