Meaty Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes (6 to 8 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked beef, pork or ham
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded American, Swiss, Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; prick with a fork.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 open for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
    When cool enough to handle, slice off tops of potatoes.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch thick shells.
