Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. peas
3 stalks celery, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. water or beef broth
dash each of basil and savory
Preparation
-
Brown beef and onion in Dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 2 hours until veggies are tender.
Good with dumplings or biscuits.
