Grilled London Broil(From Southern Living) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 (3 1/2 lb.) flank steak or London broil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow container.
Mix well.
(I use large freezer bags.)
Add steak; turn to coat each side.
Cover and refrigerate 12 hours.
Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with marinade.
Remove from grill and let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into thin slices.
Yield:
10 servings.
