Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. (16 oz.) large curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. (16 oz.) Jack cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. broccoli or spinach, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Whip eggs until fluffy.
    Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half of the Jack cheese.
    At this point, add any special ingredients such as spinach, broccoli, etc.
    (1 to 1 1/2 pounds).
    Place the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with the remaining Jack cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
    This is excellent with a green salad.
