Ginny'S Delicious Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, sift then measure
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 well beaten eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. nuts, raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Blend dry ingredients in large bowl, then add oil.
After mixing, gradually add eggs, carrots, nuts and raisins.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour, then spring test with a gentle touch (this is a heavy, moist cake).
Let cool 15 minutes before inverting pan to remove.
When cool, sift confectioners sugar over top or frost with
Cream Cheese Frosting.
