Chinese Ginger Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    country ribs (select number needed)
    1 bay leaf
    2 cloves
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cover ribs with cold water.
    Add bay leaf, cloves and onion. Bring to a boil and simmer 40 minutes.
    Make sauce with rest of ingredients.
    Dip ribs in sauce while they are hot.
    Coat ribs; let cool to room temperature.
    After 1 hour, dab with sauce again. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; turn heat down to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
