Aunt Angie'S Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. salad potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 bunch scallions, chopped, using some of the tops
1 tsp. dill weed
1 small container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
yolks of 3 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Cook the salad potatoes; peel, cube and put in large bowl. Cut up scallions and add to potatoes.
Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add dill weed.
Pour cream mixture over potatoes and mix well.
Crumble yolks of hard-boiled eggs.
Put potatoes into serving bowl; top with crumbled egg yolks and chill until ready to serve.
