Oven-Fried Mexican Chicken(Diet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. V-8 juice
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
2 1/2 lb. skinned chicken parts
1 1/2 oz. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

In large pan (non-aluminum) combine V-8 juice and hot sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spray baking sheet with Pam.
