Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. chicken breast meat, cubed
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 (4.5 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    2/3 (16 oz.) bottle chunky salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag taco chips
    12 oz. grated Cheddar
    12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Note: No-fat beans, low-fat cheese and no-fat sour cream work well.
