Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 loaves Pepperidge Farm thin bread
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, sugar and yolks until creamy.
Remove crusts from bread.
Roll paper thin and spread cheese mixture onto bread and roll.
Freeze 15 minutes. Dip bread into melted butter and then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Cut roll in half.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
