Glazed Spicy Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. unsalted mixed nuts
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet, stirring to mix well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and turns a golden color, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove skillet from heat immediately and spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet and cool.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Store at room temperature; will keep about 2 weeks.
