Tuna Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    tuna fish
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add flour and salt all at once; stir in vigorously.\tCook and stir until mixture forms a ball
    that\tdoesn't separate.
    Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add
    eggs,\tone at a time, beating after each until smooth (until not
    glossy).
    Drop
    by heaps in a tablespoon 3 inches apart
    on a
    greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown
    and puffy, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven, cool and
    split.
    Then add
    tuna fish.
    (Do not make a double batch.)
