Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems and dry caps.
    Chop stems into small pieces.
    Mix bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
    Add to stem pieces and mix well.
    Add egg whites; mix well.
    Stuff mushroom caps and place in oven-proof dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
