Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

1 bushel tomatoes
salt
sugar
Preparation

Wash tomatoes, quarter and take hands and mash up real good. I put mine in a blender for a second or two and then run them through the sieve.
Then put juice in a large pot; add salt and sugar to taste.
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes; then put in jars and seal.
