Mother Eggers' Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lard
    1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp. vinegar and 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut flour and lard together; add egg mixture.
    Form in tiny size balls.
    They freeze well.
    I usually make only a half batch at a time, unless for a bake sale.
