Bourbon Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, undrained
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1/4 c. strong coffee
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Combine onion and remaining ingredients except brown sugar and pineapple.
    Stir well.
    Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-pint casserole.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle beans with brown sugar and pineapple.
    Bake, uncovered, an additional 40 minutes.
