Yam Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yams, cooked or 17 oz. can, drained
    2 c. seedless grapes
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 firm bananas, sliced
    2 red apples, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Peel yams and cube.
    Toss fruit together lightly.
    Add yams. Combine mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice for dressing.
    Serve on crisp cabbage leaves or lettuce with dressing.
    Serves 4 to 6.
