Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch and cold water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat broth to boiling.
    Blend cornstarch and water to make smooth paste.
    Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
    Slowly stir into broth.
    Bring to boil and simmer until clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Slowly add eggs, stirring until eggs shred. Add green onions and serve immediately.
