Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix well and add flour, baking powder and salt. Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and nuts in bowl.
Place 1/3 of batter in greased tube pan.
Sprinkle top with 3/4 of nut mixture. Spoon on remaining batter and top with remaining nut mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
