Heirloom Overnight Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. fresh tomatoes, remove skins, chop or grind coarsely
8 large cooking onions, chopped
8 hot pepper, chopped
1 c. salt
1 qt. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. allspice
3 lb. sugar
Preparation

Add onions and peppers to large bowl of prepared tomatoes. Stir in salt and let stand overnight.
