Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. bitter chocolate
1/3 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. (or small can) evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt chocolate and hot water.
Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
When mixture boils, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before using.
