Dinner Rolls From Grit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk (can be found at bulk food stores)
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder, buttermilk and sugar.
    Add half flour mix to liquid.
    Beat well.
    Add shortening, mix slightly and add rest of flour mixture.
    Tip on floured board, cover with bowl and let rest 10 minutes.
