Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (depends on how well you like cheese!)
    2 tsp. diced onion
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked according to pkg. directions, but do not overcook
    Ritz crackers (for topping)
Preparation
    Add mayonnaise and soup to beaten eggs; beat. Add grated cheese and diced onion. Fold in cooked broccoli.
    Pour into greased casserole. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
