Famous Five Egg Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs (beaten well)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed until foamy, about 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat 5 more minutes, at lower speed.
    Add lemon extract,
    Alternate flour and baking powder with warm milk. Beat 5 more minutes.
    Put in ungreased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 - 60 minutes.
